7:30 AM – Raw Material Inspection

The day begins with the arrival of fresh Acacia wood from sustainably managed sources. Each plank undergoes rigorous inspection by our quality control team to ensure it’s free from knots, cracks, or warping. Only wood with tight grain and proper moisture content qualifies for our production process.


8:45 AM – Initial Cutting and Thickness Planning
